that meet the needs of our community. Below are the income qualifications and
rental details for our available units:
- 30%
AMI Units: 2 units available for households meeting the 30% Area
Median Income (AMI) limit.
- 50%
AMI Units: 31 units available for households meeting the 50% AMI
limit.
- 60%
AMI Units: 4 units available for households meeting the 60% AMI
limit.
- LIHTC
Units with Section 8 Assistance: 32 units are project-based
Section 8 units, with a current contract rent of $1,989.
- LIHTC Units without HUD Assistance: 5 units are LIHTC-designated, with a current rent of $1,122.
